A warm, supportive space for women to pause, breathe and reconnect with themselves and one another. Each circle includes gentle mindfulness practices, guided reflection and optional sharing to cultivate presence, clarity and self-compassion. No prior experience is needed--just come as you are.
$15 suggested donation no one will be turned away.
