Sunday Service with Rev. Tony Cryer

10:00 am

I Am Is The Way

One of the most misunderstood scriptures in the modern Bible is John 14:6 where Jesus says, ‘I Am the way, the truth and the life.’ What he was referring to was the I Am presence within all of us. He was speaking from the true Self that we all share. If we look at the I AM as the way, not the person of Jesus as a separate entity, a deeper understanding of what he was offering us can begin to dawn upon our consciousness.

Easing into Autumn

6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

A Fall Nervous System Reset for Women

$35

As summer fades, the transition into fall can sometimes bring a subtle sense of dread or resistance, and our nervous system feels every bit of that shift.
Easing into Autumn is a gentle, intentional space designed to help you release that tension and step into the new season with ground and grace.
Through targeted vagus nerve exercises, soothing breathwork, and restoring meditation, you’ll give your body the exact tools it needs to regulate and settle. Whether you joined us for the summer reset or this is your first time, come recalibrate, restore your inner rhythm, and move into fall feeling calm and centered.
If your body is screaming for a reset, I’d love to see you there!

Limited to 10 participants

The Unity Book Club will be taking the summer off.  The next meeting will be in September.  The book will be The Book of Hope by Jane Goodall and Douglas Abrams.  Pick up the book now and take your time over the summer to enjoy the inspirational life of Jane Goodall and the hope she instills through her words. The audiobook is a great choice because it is read by both authors through interviews.

Affirmative prayer

The Affirmative Prayer circle with Rev. Tony and Liliana.

Will Resume on Oct 15.

(Click link below to join the zoom meeting.)

Prayer is creative thinking that heightens the connection with God-Mind and therefore brings forth wisdom, healing, prosperity and everything good…. The fourth principle of Unity!

Prayer is the most highly accelerated mind action known. It steps up mental action until man’s consciousness synchronizes with the Christ Mind. It is the language of spirituality; when developed it makes man master in the realm of creative ideas
Charles Fillmore.

Sundays 4:30 pm. In-person.

Cape Sangha

The Cape Sangha is a Buddhist meditation group that meets from 4:30 to 6 p.m. every Sunday at Unity on Cape Cod.

We follow the teachings of the late Vietnamese Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. A typical session includes two 20-minute meditations separated by a middle period that might include group discussion, reading from traditional texts or walking meditation. Everyone is welcome from all backgrounds. You don’t have to be a Buddhist to benefit from our gatherings.
