This interactive class will offer a brief history of Unity and the New Thought movement, introduce the five basic principles of Unity and break into small groups for discussion and meditation on each principle.

This class also satisfies the requirement for membership at Unity on Cape Cod. Wherever you are on your spiritual journey, you are welcome here. You have found a safe and loving place. We invite you to make Unity on Cape Cod your spiritual home. This class is always offered free of charge.
