Eddie has served as a musical director for the, Center for Spiritual Living Las Vegas, Center for Spiritual Living Seattle, Unity Center For Creative Living Saint John Florida, Center for Spiritual Living in Saint Augustine Florida and Unity of Central Florida.

    The September book club choice for the Unity Book Club is “Help, Thanks, Wow: The Three Essential Prayers” by best-selling author Anne Lamott. Packed with insightful reflections, in this easy-to-read little book, Lamott writes about simple prayers that are important for coming through tough times, difficult days, and the hardships of daily life.

    Please consider picking up this book and coming to the meeting on Tuesday, September 23 at 1:00 at Unity on Cape Cod.

    This small group 8-week program in self-compassion offers a supportive and interactive space for participants to deepen their understanding and practice of self-kindness, mindfulness, and emotional resilience. Guided by a trained facilitator, the group meets weekly for 2-hour sessions that include experiential exercises, guided meditations, reflective discussions, and practical tools drawn from evidence-based approaches. Limited to a small number of participants, the program fosters connection, safety, and personal growth, helping individuals build a more compassionate relationship with themselves and navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and authenticity.
