Rev. Denise is a sought after speaker and teacher. She approached stage IV throat and Neck cancer using her unique combination of alternative therapies, traditional medicine and a deep faith in God. She is not just surviving she is thriving. Once you hear Denise tell her story and meet her in person, your life will be deeply enriched and perhaps changed forever.
Unity uses “affirmative prayer.” Rather than begging or beseeching God, this method involves connecting with the spirit of God within and asserting positive beliefs about the desired outcome. Affirmative prayer is the same method of prayer Jesus taught when he said, “So I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours” (Mark 11:24).
Earth Care Team Meeting
The meeting will take place after Service. Everyone Welcome!
Earth Care Covenant for Unity on Cape Cod
Acknowledging that all of creation is connected, we, as a sacred community, are committed to being responsible stewards of our earthly home. We affirm that we hold a deep respect for all life, and a sincere reverence for the interdependent web of all that is.
We envision a world where all beings are supported in living the lives for which they were created. We live in gratitude and appreciation while working to bring awareness to others. Let us join together as we mindfully support the well-being and protection of Cape Cod’s natural environment and the world beyond. We declare our covenant with God to walk lightly upon this beautiful Earth as we hold this vision for the greatest good of all creation.
We will have a meeting of our team leaders. If you are a ministry team leader, please clear that morning on your schedule in order to attend.
The leadership council is now planning to meet on a quarterly basis. We will discuss our success and growth edges, as we focus our intention on ways we are growing Unity on Cape Cod moving forward. We look forward to seeing you there.
In Joy and Gratitude,
