With Cape Cod Wildlife Collaborative.
Several short films, including excerpts from “Story of Plastic,” a still unreleased film. Following the films, representatives from The Center for Coastal Studies, National Marine Life Center, Barnstable Clean Water Coalition, and Wild Care, will talk about the impact of plastic in our waters, how it affects wildlife and how we can do better to protect our precious resources.
The time of Easter and all it represents for millions of people around the world can mean so much more for us who want to be active in the evolution of our own spiritual consciousness. One way to view the idea of resurrection is the rebirth of our higher consciousness. Perhaps, it is as simple as a new beginning in life, such as a new job or a new relationship. Or, it could be a dramatic shift, such as a total healing from cancer or other life-threatening disease. Whatever the case, rebirth can take many forms. The key to this awareness, however, remains in the internal realm. If we are to keep growing and awakening spiritually, we must each undergo the process of rebirth and regeneration, the return of the light of Christ Consciousness in us.
“Behold, I show you a mystery; we shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed.” (Cor. 15:51)

Please let us know what you will bring. There is a sign-up sheet in the sanctuary, email the church at email@example.com, or just let Paula Long know.
Also, Volunteers needed – Saturday, April 27th, 2-4 p.m. in Friendship Hall to set up for Earth Day. This is a one time fun project!

A One Night Only, Special Performance for Unity on Cape Cod
Bestselling author, James Twyman has been traveling around the world sharing his one-man musical based on the life of St. Francis of Assisi called “Brother Sun, Sister Moon.”
The exciting news is that next year the musical will be a Broadway production; and he’s coming to perform it for us this Wednesday night, May 1st at 7PM. ($20 Suggested Donation)
This event is part of James’s tour promoting his latest book “Giovanni and the Camino of St. Francis.”
A note from James:
I’m so happy to be connecting with all of you to share this beautiful story. I’ve been drawn to St. Francis my entire life and I know many of you share the attraction. His story has so much to teach us today, and that’s why I wrote the musical which I’ll present at Unity on Wednesday. I’m also thrilled it will be going to Broadway next February for a two-week run, but it will be fun to share it before that happens. It’s like a homecoming for me, so I hope you’ll be there. Love, James
