The Cape Sangha is a group of folks who meet weekly to practice mindfulness meditation in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, a Vietnamese Buddhist monk, teacher, scholar, author, poet and peacemaker. Our members are interested in numerous types of meditation, including Vipassana, Zen, Tibetan and nonsectarian mindfulness.

The purpose of our “Spiritual Growth Group,” will be to facilitate each participants own and therefore experience with the Divine through prayer and meditation, spiritual exercises and discussion.
Together we will be co-creating a unique and powerful environment where we can each connect on a heart and soul level with Christ consciousness, and all that exists in that divine energy that is the essence of our “true” nature. Read more…

Awakening Together: Practicing Insight Dialogue

Insight Dialogue is a fully engaged relational meditation practice in the Theravadan (Vipassana) tradition which brings together meditative awareness, the wisdom teachings of the Buddha, and the power of relationship to support insight into the nature, source and release of human suffering.

Appropriate for those with an existing meditation or mindfulness practice. Free will donation towards expenses requested.
Please do not wear any scented hair, body or clothing care products.
